Preamble:
YHC saw on slack no one had signed up for Q for today, and had wanted to come this Friday. After reading of a few PAX not be able to come due to work schedule, decided YHC will Q. In the gloom got to the Coliseum and saw Geo getting out of his car to put the shovel and flag up. A few minute later Long Haul showed up. Also MRE came out of his truck.
After a brief introduction and a reminder to not to sue and to modify as needed…
WARM-O-RAMA
We moseyed around to the round about and back to flag. We then proceed with:
– 15x Moroccon Night Club
– 20x Hill Billy
– 15x Wind Mill
– 15x SSH
THE THANG
Moseyed down to the Coliseum and start with thang 1.
Round 1
20 sets each of: Step UP, Dips, Big Boy Sit up, and Merkins; moseyed around the pond with a 5 burpee tax at the end of the pond and the wait for the sixth to finish.
Round 2
30 sets each of: Step UP, Dips, Big Boy Sit up, and Merkins; moseyed around the pond with a 5 burpee tax at the other end of the pond and the wait for the sixth to finish.
Thang 2
Moseyed up the Coliseum to the green area and did a round of 11's (Annies and American Hammer)
With a few minutes left before having to return to the flag, we did:
– 1 merkins, 4 air presses
– 2 merkins, 8 air presses
– 3 merkins, 12 air presses
Moseyed back to the flag area and we did a American hammer, heel tap, and box cutter.
COT
We pray for Bulldog and good test results.
Lift all the kids to finish school strong.
