THE THANG
YHC had pre-setup a few pain stations with fitness props.
Each PAX performs Exercise in station AMRAP until “timer PAX” returns.
Move to next station, repeat until Q calls end!
(Some Exercises were removed due to Pax attendance)

Both Rounds: Timer Pax = Mosey out into the rain, 5 Burpees by Luau’s Truck, complete loop and re-join stations…

– Landmine: single mower row + press (alt)
– Coupon: Thruster
– Dumbbells: Alt-hand Squirrels (Squat Curls)
– Plate: Chest in/outs
– Coupon: Merkin pullovers
– Lunges
– Crab Cakes
