Preamble:
It was a wonderfully clear morning and PAX were ready for anything. Thus, the electric mile became the Thang to do.

THE THANG
We ran down the road that is lined with street lamps. Every second lamp the PAX do a set of exercises.
The first 10 sets were arms exercises. The first 3 PAX did 10 burpees, while the last half of PAX did 10 merkins.
The second set of 10 sets were legs exercises. The first 3 PAX did 10 alpha count Bonnie blairs, while the last half of PAX did 10 squats.
The third and last 10 sets were core exercises. The first 3 PAX did 10 BBS, while the last half of PAX did 10 LBCs.
With the last few minutes we did Doomsday Countdown with Geo taking the gold. Kudos to our brother in arms!
Finally we finished with some Mary.

Prayer for several PAX. Memories of lost ones, prayer for family going through a really hard time, prayer for marriages and that they would stay strong through the storms.
