Die Hard at the Tracks

AO: ao-tracks
Q: Homer (118/100)
PAX: Luau (256/200), Cross Check, Harding, Birdie, Homer (117/100)
FNGs: None
COUNT: 5
CONDITIONS: Perfect, though I did decide to move off the wet turf and to the dry parking deck. Felt more like Nakatomi Plaza anyway.
WARMUP: To the tunes of Bach’s Concerto No. 3 in G Major, BWV.1048: I. Allegro

THE THANG:
Started off getting a Machine Gun (Coupon from the Pile) to the tune of Run-DMC Christmas in Hollis. Used those and did 30 flights (step ups) and arrived at the party.

The remainder of the beatdown used the Soundtrack background music. It’s lively. Good tunes for listening while working.

C4 is a component in the movie that Hans and friends are using to blow up the roof of the building on their exit, but McClane uses it to blow up the elevator shaft at some point during his destructive behavior.

C4 Exercises
20 Curls, 20 Chest Presses, 20, Copperhead Goblet Squats, 20 CPRs

Next we had to start killing off Hans’ men one by one.

We did a lap around the parking lot between each hinchman.

Last up was Hans Gruber. For Hans, we did 20 Manmakers with our coupons, and for good measure, the train came through as we were finishing for 5 more regular burpees.

COT: Spoken and prayed for.
