Preamble:
Knowing the HCs from the night before had just done Murph 24 hours ago, YHC figured we could pivot from our usual Meathouse BD. Rucks on and coupons left behind.

THE THANG
Just as we were bout to peel out a set of headlights caught our attention so we did some wall step ups as we tried to figure out who it was. Knowing the sound of an electric car and Meatball already being in attendance, it had to be Feathers or Ballboy. Feathers joined us as we took off. The goal was to ruck for 45 minutes and possibly hit a few pain stations. We made our way towards where we paid our respects for Memorial day just 24 hours prior and we say our fellow Y group. Boomer and I joked about telling them we were there for round 2 of Murph. Nonetheless, we made our way around PTC making a loop and from time to time we would do one of the following:
Incline merkins
squats
bear crawl up stairs
walking lunges
calf raises
Ended with about 7 minuets of Mary
