[ao-sterling] Your choice: Tabata or Mt Sterling? Why not both?

THE THANG: We didn’t have a Q, so this was on the fly. I was thinking we could do either a Tabata or Mount Sterling Special, so I asked Shutterfly to choose. He chose Tabata. I selected a 50 seconds on and 10 second break cadance and we began. I called out the first few exercises and then we started a rotation where the next PAX clockwise selected the next exercise. We did Squats, copperhead squats, merkins, SSH, high knees, dips and many others. After 10 – 15 minutes, Meatloaf (064/100) suggested a mosey to break things up. So we moseyed 2/3 the way up Mount Sterling. Upon our return, we did a few more rounds of Tabata and then transitioned to Mary.
