THE THANG: Let’s go to the library!
Mosey towards Spout Springs and make two stops: First is a ring of fire ’round the fire pit and do 100 merkins; mosey to next stop and do a ring of 200 squats, but half way thru YHC wants more of a challenge and we hold in the down position instead of up position…
We then make it to our destination, the library (about 1/2 mile from shovel flag, wait, what’s a shovel flag???, but I digress..).
Once at the library, we pair up and do 4, 4-minute “doras” where one partner runs thru parking lot whilest other does suggested exercise, then rotate until timer goes off. We did dips, merkins, squats and step ups (I believe, but it’s been a few weeks. <>.
After all rounds completed, we moseyed back to ‘shovel flag’ with just enough time for Mary and COT.
