FNGs: None
COUNT: 14
CONDITIONS: cold. We will stay warm
WARMUP: SSH, hangover, windmill, imperial walkers
THE THANG: mosey under tracks and to the bridge (I feel like this bridge needs an F3 name. Let’s work on that)
YHC described the Beatdown. Not as well as he wanted to, but it’d be a doozie
50 burpees – run bridge and back
75 merkins – run bridge and back
100 walking lunge steps – run bridge and back
200 air presses – run bridge and back
100 walking lunge steps – run bridge and back
75 merkins – run bridge and back
50 burpees – run bridge and back
As expected time would be against us. QR and Floaties were the first back after completing the second set of lunge steps and run. From there we finished as a group. Did 75 merkins and 50 burpees. And made a last lap of the bridge.
It was sometime during YHC’s run of the bridge that he wondered why not many other pax were with him.
Turns out that an older lady who was walking the park stopped and apparently showed the pax her perfect form diamond merkins as she cranked out a bunch. Glad the guys stayed with her and did the work out with her.
Apparently she popped up. Pointed proudly to herself and said, “65” as she walked off.
Aye.
Back to stage for flutter kicks, LBCs, and Gas pumpers.
COT. With coffeeteria to follow.
Thanks all for showing up. It’s been a blast planning these the past few years.
Homer out.
