We did 100 reps for each of the following exercises:
30x for each, then 30x, then 20x, then 20x [with coupon, except merkins]:
– OHP
– Curls
– Merkins
– Chest Press
– Kettle Bell Swings
After a 10 count, we then did similar with the following:
– Goblet Squats
– Step ups
– American Hammer
– No Surrender Cactus Jump Squats
