Baker's Dozen
What We Do
Baker's Dozen is a bootcamp style AO that meets on Wednesday mornings at 5:30 at the 12 Stone Church Flowery Branch parking lot (see map pin below.) Most of our beatdowns include some variation of body weight exercises and running. We finish at 6:15 and will often have coffee in the parking lot following the workout.
