A quick mosey always starts us off. Being in a park, we picked some weeds followed by Frankensteins, high knees, picking up rocks, butt kickers and then side strattle hops.
THE THANG
I have always loved exploring and what better way that pretending to be Dora. While one person always stayed behind to guard our base, Dora would run to the glad pole and back paying a tax of a burpee halfway. At base our partner and I had to do 100 lunges, 200 Merkins, 300 squats, and 400 LBCs
