THE THANG:
In Greek mythology, Cerberus was a three-headed dog that guarded the gates of the Underworld to prevent the dead from leaving. Today, PAX will conquer Cerberus.

Start by moseying to three locations: 1) top of the stairs by City Hall, 2) rockpile, and 3) north end of Main Street Park. At each spot, do 3 burpees to burn the location into memory and remember it. These three locations will be the “heads” of the Cerberus.

Return to the green where the paths to these three spots meet. This would be the “body” of a three-headed Cerberus.

Do 100 reps apiece of Merkins, Squats, and LBCs at the body, but only in 25-rep sets. In between sets, pick one of the three heads to mosey to and do 3 burpees there, before returning to the body. Rinse and repeat. Alternate heads for each mosey.

+5 burpees for the train

Total counts
100 merkins
100 LBCs
100 squats
50 burpees
~3 miles of running

Thanks to Popper for the idea on this one. He did a variation of it last Fall at the Bridge called “Hail Hydra.”
