Partner up. Partner A would run loop. Partner B exercise cumulative count.

Another layer on the run part added doing the loop Bernie/backwards every other time.
When done, we moved back to cars and grabbed blocks/rucks/weight
We did a TABATA with about 10 minutes left. 20 seconds on 10 seconds off.

Somewhere in the first part I tweaked my back. Ugh. Hope it’s not lengthy as I was just trying to get back in the first place after a week off. Been a hard 2 months. I’m way behind my goal for 150 Beatdowns this year. I’ll figure out a way to get there.
