THE THANG: Round #1: Dora
PAX partnered up as we moseyed to fountain. Combined reps: 50 dips, 100 merkins, 200 squats, 300 crunches. Partner 1 does exercises and partner 2 runs to corner of The Yard. Partners will switch places and there is a 3 burpee buy-in when they changes roles. One round incline merkins around fountain.

Round #2: PAX changed partners as the group missed to stage area. Each partner group ran the circle in opposite directions and when they meet – Partner #1 did 20 merkins while partner #2 held squat position. Teams changed roles and partner #2 did merkins. Running continued until each PAX did 100 merkins each.
MARY: Three rounds of core: hip taps, box cutters and leg lifts.
