WARMUP: after disclaimer, we did Wind Mills, Weed PIcker, SSH, Copper Head Squat, Moroccan NIght Club & Imperial Walker.
THE THANG: Moseyed around the co-op building to the parking garage where we performed the exercises & shelter from the cold :grinning:.
The Cooper consisted for 3 exercises & mosey, ideally performed on a track (400 meters), but we modified. The exercises are: Burpees,
Squat &
Merkin and
mosey (to end of the parking lot).
The reps started at 10 do all 3 exercises & moseyed then decrease the reps by 1 all the way to 1.

Train tax: 2x (10 burpees)

We did a total of 65 Burpees & kept us warm :grinning:

Moseyed back to the green area for 10 reps of Irkin & Derkin.
